Service & Repairs
General servicing and repairs, which include but are not limited to routine services, general diagnostics, engine repairs and rebuilds, clutch replacements, gearbox repairs, suspension and steering maintenance is without a doubt the biggest business focus for Auto Complete. From the minute that you are greeted by our Service Advisor or one of our office staff, to the all-important work that is performed on your vehicle by our trained team of technicians and their assistants, to the wash and clean and the final hand over of your vehicle to you, it is our objective to provide you with a professional, reliable and value for money service experience. Our workshop is equipped with the latest electronic equipment and tooling however, in order to keep pace with the technological advancements within the motor industry it is company policy to evaluate our equipment and tooling needs on a monthly basis, and to supplement our range whenever necessary.
Auto Complete’s focus on quality and our strive for continuous improvement in all that we do is clearly evident from the well-maintained parking area and gardens, to the clean and well-laid out offices and waiting room, to the impeccably clean workshop area. Our staff are all provided with the appropriate personal protective clothing and corporate wear in keeping with our professional image. After all, we want you to entrust us with your vehicle (which in many cases is your second biggest asset after your home) and feel comfortable that it is the right hands from a service and maintenance perspective.

We pride ourselves in making your whole experience a pleasant one, right down to the all-important administration aspect. Whether you are a customer or a supplier, Hazel will deal with all debtors and creditors matters efficiently and effectively.
Our business software application means that almost all administration matters are able to be dealt with electronically, in order to minimise any delays or frustrations. We have very little dealings in cash and most transactions are done via our debit/ credit card facilities (customer payments) or via electronic funds transfer (customer and creditor payments).
